Kaylee Alder
Speech-Language Pathologist/Owner
Kaylee earned her Master of Science degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Harding University and has been a pediatric speech-language pathologist for over 14 years. She values the diversity and challenge of working with children across a wide range of developmental and communication needs. Kaylee has a strong interest in feeding disorders, speech sound disorders, and early language development. She has completed specialized training in the PROMPT Technique and the Sequential Oral Sensory (SOS) Approach to Feeding. Kaylee lives in Bentonville and enjoys spending time with her family, reading, traveling, fitness, and growing in her faith.

Erin White PT, DPT
DPT/Owner
Erin earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Kansas State University in 2013 and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Wichita State University in 2016. From early in her training, Erin knew she wanted to work with children and focus her career on pediatric therapy. She has a strong passion for supporting children’s physical development and working with families. Erin is certified in aquatic therapy and has experience working with gross motor development, sensory processing, and primitive reflex integration. Erin lives in Cave Springs with her husband, Zach, and her sons, Jett and Cash. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family.

Terra Ippolito
Occupational Therapist
Terra received her Bachelor of Science from Arkansas State University in 2012 and her Master’s in Occupational Therapy from the University of Central Arkansas in 2015. Terra's passion for working with children began early while coaching her local swim team. She has focused her continuing education on handwriting, sensory processing, and visual skills. Terra lives in Lowell with her husband and their two daughters, and they enjoy spending time at the lake and camping together. She also focuses on some creative hobbies like making sourdough bread, embroidery, calligraphy, and watercolor painting.

Adrienne Hansen
Speech Language Pathologist
Adrienne is a Speech-Language Pathologist and Myofunctional & Feeding Specialist with over 15 years of experience. She specializes in Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy, airway health, tethered oral tissues (TOTs), pediatric feeding and swallowing. Adrienne earned her Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from the UofA and holds her Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) through ASHA, along with Arkansas state licensure. She's worked in private practice, schools, skilled nursing facilities, and multidisciplinary settings. Adrienne provides individualized, collaborative care focused on functional, lasting progress in communication, feeding, and oral health. She's certified in the Beckman Oral Motor Protocol, CPR certified, and a CMT candidate.

Andrea Paasch
Speech Language Pathologist
Andrea earned her Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Arkansas in 2019. She went on to complete her Master’s in Communication Sciences and Disorders at Wichita State University in 2021. She has spent the past five years working in pediatrics and has a strong passion for supporting children with articulation delays, speech sound disorders, Childhood Apraxia of Speech, and receptive and expressive language delays. Andrea lives in Pea Ridge with her husband and golden retriever, Sadie. In her free time she enjoys baking, DIY projects, and taking walks with her dog.

Becca Demoff
Physical Therapist Assistant
Becca is a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant who graduated in 2020. She brings years of experience in orthopedics and neurological disorders, allowing her to provide well-rounded, comprehensive care to each child she serves. She is passionate about helping children build strength, confidence, and independence through movement and play. Supporting families and watching her patients grow in their skills—whether mastering a new milestone or gaining confidence in everyday activities—is one of the most rewarding parts of her work. She loves being part of a team that celebrates every achievement, big and small, and is committed to creating a positive, encouraging environment where kids thrive.

Cynthia Sanchez
Occupational Therapist
Cynthia received her Bachelors of Science in Biology from the University of Arkansas in 2018 and her Masters in Occupational Therapy from Missouri State University in 2021. She developed a passion for working in pediatrics during her fieldwork experiences. Cynthia is certified in the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) and Dynamic Movement Intervention (DMI) Level A. Cynthia lives in Springdale and enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her dog, Apollo. She also loves to travel and has been to 7 countries, not including the 4 additional ones she'll be visiting this year!
