The mission of Elevate Pediatric Therapy is to provide compassionate,

high-quality therapy to every child we serve.

Kaylee Alder M.S. CCC-SLP

Speech-Language Pathologist/Owner

Kaylee earned her Master of Science degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Harding University and has been a pediatric speech-language pathologist for over 14 years. She values the diversity and challenge of working with children across a wide range of developmental and communication needs. Kaylee has a strong interest in feeding disorders, speech sound disorders, and early language development. She has completed specialized training in the PROMPT Technique and the Sequential Oral Sensory (SOS) Approach to Feeding.  Kaylee lives in Bentonville and enjoys spending time with her family, reading, traveling, fitness, and growing in her faith.

 -Favorite tv shows: Ted Lasso, Bluey

 -Favorite treats: chocolate chip cookie dough, cookies, and ice cream 

 -Favorite place to visit: Italy and exploring new places with my husband, Jared

 -Favorite food: chips and salsa

Erin White PT, DPT

DPT/Owner

Erin earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Kansas State University in 2013 and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Wichita State University in 2016. From early in her training, Erin knew she wanted to work with children and focus her career on pediatric therapy. She has a strong passion for supporting children’s physical development and working with families. Erin is certified in aquatic therapy and has experience working with gross motor development, sensory processing, and primitive reflex integration. Erin lives in Cave Springs with her husband and sons, Jett and Cash. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family.

 -Favorite TV Shows: reality tv shows, true crime documentaries 

 -Favorite Treats: chips and dip, dark chocolate almonds

 -Favorite Place to Visit: anywhere with a beach!

 -Favorite Food: tacos
