Elevate Pediatric Therapy was founded by Kaylee Alder and Erin White, experienced pediatric therapists committed to providing compassionate, skilled care for children and families across Northwest Arkansas. With backgrounds in pediatric speech and physical therapy, they focus on individualized treatment, clear communication, and collaborative care. Their goal is to support each child’s development while partnering closely with families throughout the therapy process.
